Free and Discounted Shipping
Orders over ¥50,000 (excluding tax) qualify for free shipping within the Kansai area.
Eligible Areas: Osaka, Hyogo, Kyoto, Shiga, Nara, Wakayama
For orders over ¥100,000 (excluding tax) to remote islands, shipping fees will be reduced by 50%.
Standard Shipping Fees
For orders under ¥50,000, a shipping fee of ¥1,000 (¥1,100 including tax) per box will be applied.
For deliveries to remote islands, the shipping fee ranges from ¥1,500 (¥1,650 including tax) to ¥4,500 (¥4,950 including tax) per box.
Note: Free or discounted shipping applies only when the delivery is to a single location.
Feel free to come into our workshop in Kitahorie,Osaka.* and pick up your order in person. We will call you as soon as your order is ready for pick up. *Please not that you are required to pick up your order at the latest 7 days after your requested date of pick up.Otherwise we will post the finished order at your expense via cash-on-delivery. Payment must be made in full either by cash or confirmed bank transfer before receipt of goods can be made.
All orders are sealed in cardboard boxes unless requested otherwise. Delivery Delivery across Japan Orders are delivered across Japan Seino Transportation or for time sensitive deliveries via Kuroneko Yamato. Both companies offer a cash-on-delivery service if this payment method is required. Delivery time Delivery time is usually 1 day after leaving our factory .For delivery to Okinawa and Hokkaido or other far-away locations an extra day or more is usually required.Please call for further details.
For time sensitive deliveries we will ship with Kuroneko Yamato.You can choose from the following delivery times Morning Afternoon Evening 10 – 12 am 12 – 14 pm 18 – 20 pm – 14 – 16 pm 20 – 21 pm – 16 – 18 pm – Many factors both forseen and otherwise can prevent your package from arriving when requested and although the delivery company will do its best, there are no guarantees. Particularly during the peak seasons of Golden Week and New Year, specified times cannot be honoured. Sweatshop Union cannot be held responsible if your package does not arrive within the times requested and appreciate your understanding on this matter.
When shipping your order it is given a unique tracking number which we will email you once the package has been picked up by the carrier. Depending on which carrier has been chosen you can track your package then via the Seino Transportation online tracking service or Kuroneko Yamato online tracking service.
We also accept payment via bank transfer. Once we can confirm the transfer has been completed, we will then ship your order using one of the above carrier services. Note: please be sure to meet the 3pm deadline for same-day transfers to avoid delays in shipping your order. The resulting transfer charge has to be covered by customer. Account details For security reasons we will not show Sweatshop Unions bank details online. If you wish to pay via bank transfer we will email you all the necessary details.
